FACT POLICY & INFORMATION

FACT Construction Estimating provides professional estimates for your review. Take off are done to the best of our ability utilizing current software and industry standards. No claim is made to guarantee pricing for labor and materials. Clients may choose to use have outside consultants review our findings. Items not represented is considered excluded.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources, but we encourage our clients to put their own prices.
  2. The estimated trades will be mentioned in the detailed estimate, and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.
  3. We make all trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Millwork, depending upon the client’s requirement.
  4. Our Take-off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.
  5. Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision, and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related to projects will be charged separately.
  6. We use online invoicing and never ask client’s for their credit card info. Payment method will be through Credit Card, and PayPal and payment terms will always be 50% upon approval and 50% before submission.
  7. We encourage good and long run business, and our rates are 50% less then market and our clients are very honorable to us.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your business at FACT Construction Estimating. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of FACT Construction Estimating.

  1. We issue refunds for only for an error in material takeoffs, not for pricing in estimate within 2 days of the original submission of the excel files.
